We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery, including software-controlled equipment. Set up machinery for operation according to production guidelines, including software setup and calibration.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot software-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Monitor machine operations through software interfaces to detect any issues and ensure quality standards are met.
Adjust machine settings through software controls to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications.
Ensure all safety guidelines and company standards are followed rigorously, including software-related safety protocols.
Keep detailed records of production output and software configurations.
Monitor, track and request material based on usage forecast.
Clean and maintain machinery to ensure its optimal functioning, including software maintenance updates.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets, including process improvements.
Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain a cooperative working relationship with coworkers.
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment, with proficiency in operating software-controlled machinery.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals, including software interface guides.
Familiarity with various types of machinery and tools, particularly those with integrated software systems.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, including software diagnostics.
Attention to detail and precision in work, particularly in software settings and adjustments.
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical or softwarerelated fields is a plus.
